A galley where the second run is a bar: a 9 ft 10 in cooking run with a 32 in Napoleon 700 Series grill and a 32 in outdoor griddle side by side, facing an 8 ft 3 in bar run with a 24 in sink, an RCS dual-drawer refrigerator and a deeper countertop for stools. The cook works between the two runs and faces the guests whenever they turn to prep. Shown in Travertino Bianco with a teak back panel.

Layout
How this kitchen works
Cooking run: a 20 in three-drawer cabinet, the grill in a 35 in cabinet with doors, the griddle on a 35 in cabinet with two drawers, and a 28 in three-drawer cabinet.
Bar run, facing it: the sink cabinet with two doors, the dual-drawer refrigerator, a 28 in storage-and-trash cabinet and a 20 in three-drawer cabinet. Its countertop runs 37 in deep, and the extra depth hangs over the far side as a bar.
Grill and griddle run side by side - steaks on the grates, eggs or onions on the flat-top - and the sink and refrigerator are one turn away across the aisle. Guests sit on the outside of the bar run, out of the cooking line.

Run lengths along the countertop: 9 ft 10 in (cooking run, 27 in deep) and 8 ft 3 in (bar run, 37 in deep), with the countertop at 35.7 in.
The aisle is 42 in from counter edge to counter edge - sized for one cook. The two runs and the aisle cover about 10 x 9 ft; with 36 to 44 in behind the stools, plan about 13 x 12.5 ft.
Gas goes to the cooking run only; water, a drain and power go to the bar run only.
