15.1 ft Gas-Only Galley Outdoor Kitchen with Bar
The simplest galley to install: a 7 ft 7 in cooking run with a 38 in RCS Cutlass Elite grill and a 12 in side burner faces a 7 ft 7 in run that is all drawers and serving counter, with bar seating on the outside. It needs one utility - gas - and no water, drain or electrical circuit. Shown in Perla with a charcoal back panel.
Made by Skol Outdoor Living, fabricated in 304 marine-grade stainless steel and sintered stone.
Layout
How this kitchen works
Cooking run: a 28 in three-drawer cabinet, the grill in a 43 in grill cabinet, and the side burner in a 20 in two-drawer cabinet.
Serving run: a 35 in three-drawer cabinet, a 28 in storage-and-trash cabinet and a 28 in three-drawer cabinet under one 37 in deep countertop - more than a dozen drawers in the kitchen, including a trash pull-out.
The serving run is the grill's landing space, the buffet and the bar at once: food comes off the grill, turns around onto the counter, and guests on the stools take it from there.

Will it fit
Size and the space it needs
Run lengths along the countertop: 7 ft 7 in each - 27 in deep for the cooking run, 37 in for the serving run with its bar overhang - and the countertop at 35.7 in.
The aisle is 42 in from counter edge to counter edge, for one cook. The two runs and the aisle cover about 7.5 x 9 ft; with room behind the stools, plan about 11 x 12.5 ft.
Only the cooking run needs a gas line; the serving run needs no utilities at all.
Is it for you
Who this design suits
Best for
- Projects where running water or power to the kitchen is expensive or impossible.
- Grilling for a crowd with plenty of buffet and storage space.
- Adding a sink or refrigerator later: a cabinet in the serving run can be swapped in the designer.
Keep in mind
- No sink and no refrigeration - water and cold drinks come from the house.
- The 12 in side burner is for a pot or a pan, not a wok.
- One-cook aisle.
